1.1 “Personal Information” shall mean any kind of information related to an
identified or identifiable natural person as electronically or otherwise recorded that is provided by you to the Personal Information Processor, i.e. BASF Integrated Site (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., for the Purpose defined in this Statement, including but not limited to name, ID No., phone number, health status (only stated as good, normal, abnormal), no criminal record, etc.

1.2 “Processing" of the Personal Information, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean collect, store, use, process, transfer, provide, publicize, delete and process your personal information in other methods.

1.4 “Purpose”, as a basic principle (and as required by the Applicable Laws),
Personal Information Processor only collect, store, use, process, transfer, provide, publicize, delete and process your personal information in other methods for a specified purpose. This means that for all collected, stored, used, processed, transferred, provided, publicized, deleted and your personal information processed in other methods, a well-defined purpose will be documented and made transparent to you by Personal Information Processor. Personal Information Processor will collect, store, use, process, transfer, provide, publicize, delete and process your personal information in other methods hereby for the purposes of managing contractor personnel working at BASF Integrated Site (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., and safeguarding the normal operation of the integrated site.

1.5 "Laws" shall mean laws, regulations, guidelines, notices and any other instruments issued by government authorities.

1.6 “Applicable Data Protection Laws” shall mean Laws applicable to the collection, storage, use, process, transmission, provision, disclosure and deletion and processing of the Personal Information in other methods hereunder, including but not limited to Personal Information Protection Law of P. R. China.

2.1 Personal Information Processor will, in accordance with Applicable
Data Protection Laws, collect, store, use, process, transfer, provide, disclose and delete Personal Information and process Personal Information in other methods for the Purpose provided in this Statement. The storage place of Personal Information is in P. R. China, and the Personal Information Processor will not transfer any Personal Information outside of China.
个人信息处理者将，根据适用数据保护法律，为本声明中规定的目的，收集、存储、使用、加工、传输、提供、披露、删除和以其他方式处理个人信息。个人信息的存放地域为中华人民共和国境内，且个人信息处理者不会将任何个人信息传输到中国境外出境。
2.2 The method for the collection of your Personal Information is contractor’s representative will provide personal information in the Contractor Management System. The method for processing your Personal Information is Personal Information Processor will save your personal information in the Contractor Management System, to manage contractor personnel working at BASF Integrated Site (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., and safeguarding the normal operation of the integrated site.
您的个人信息的收集方式为通过承包商代表在承包商管理系统中录入个人信息获得。处理您的个人信息的方式为个人信息处理者将您的个人信息存储在承包商管理系统中，以便管理在巴斯夫一体化基地（广东）有限公司工作的承包商人员、并保障一体化基地的正常运行。
2.3 The category of your Personal Information highlighted in bold in Section 1.1 has included “sensitive personal information” as defined in Applicable Data Protection Laws. Personal Information Processor only processes your sensitive personal information to the extent strictly necessary for the relevant Purposes. To the extent required under Applicable Data Protection Laws, Personal Information Processor will apply higher protection to our processing of sensitive personal information. However, depending on the specific type of sensitive personal information involved, such processing may result in various impacts, including potential harm to your reputation, property, or personal safety in the event of a data breach.

2.4 Personal Information Processor will make sure that the Personal
Information is only made available to those on a “need to know” basis and only to the extent necessary for the realization of Purpose.

2.5 You are responsible for ensuring that your Personal Information provided to the Personal Information Processor is accurate, complete and not misleading. 2.6 The Personal Information Processor could disclose your Personal Information to the following parties who follow the instructions of Personal Information Processor, and process your Personal Information on behalf of Personal Information Processor:

2.7 Personal Information Processor may provide your Personal Information to Third-Party Personal Information Processors, such as government authorities (including judicial authorities) or potential or actual acquirers, purchasers, assignees or successors in relation to business reorganizations of Personal Information Processor or its branches or affiliates, where necessary for the Purposes or as otherwise permitted under Applicable Data Protection Laws. You may contact Personal Information Processor as described in Section 7 for further details of Personal Information processing activities of Third-Party Personal Information Processors.

2.8 When you confirm there is no need for Personal Information Processor to collect and process your Personal Information, you could, via big-information-protection@basf.com, revoke your consent granted to Personal Information Processor with respect to collect, store, use, process, transfer, provide, publicize, delete and process your personal information in other methods.
当您确定不再需要个人信息处理者收集和处理您的个人信息时，您可通过big-information-protection@basf.com，撤回您对个人信息处理者收集、储存、使用、处理、传输、提供、披露、删除，和通过其他方式处理您的个人信息的同意。
2.9 Third-Party SDKs and Device Identifier 第三方 SDK 及设备标识信息

After you agree to this Privacy Policy, the App may collect device identifier (such as MEID, IMEI, ICCID) for device identification and account and business security protection.
Such information will not be used for unrelated purposes or provided to third parties without your consent.

(1) MSA Device Identifier SDK Package name: com.bun.miitmdid
This SDK collects the OAID (Open Anonymous Device Identifier) for the purposes of application usage statistics and push service optimization. The OAID is an anonymous device identifier and does not associate with personal identity information.

(2) Scan Recognition SDK Package name: com.hy.wss_scan
This SDK is used for QR code recognition. When you actively use the scanning function, the App may access the camera to collect QR code image information, for the purpose of identifying personnel, tools, equipment, or vehicles.

(3) Huawei Unified Scanning SDK
To enable in-app scanning functions (such as scanning personnel badge QR codes or vehicle QR codes to obtain related information), the App integrates the Huawei Unified Scanning SDK.
When you actively use the scanning function, the App will request access to the device’s camera solely for completing QR code scanning and recognition. The camera permission is enabled only during your active use of the scanning function and will not be accessed in the background.

为实现应用内扫码功能（如扫描人员胸卡二维码、车辆二维码以获取相关信息），本应用集成了华为统一扫码 SDK。

(4) Image Upload Service SDK Package name: com.basf.bigcms
This SDK is used for image upload functions. When you voluntarily upload inspection or acceptance photos, the SDK may collect the images you upload solely for the purpose of recording inspection results and compliance information.

All information collected by the above SDKs is processed only for the purposes described in this Statement. Except for necessary technical initialization that does not involve personal identity information, personal information will be processed only after you explicitly agree to this Statement.
上述 SDK 所涉及的信息，仅用于实现本声明所述业务目的。除不涉及个人身份识别的必要技术初始化外，个人信息仅在您明确同意本声明后才会被处理。
3.1 The Personal Information Processor will strictly protect the security of your Personal Information. Personal Information Processor will use appropriate systems, security technologies and procedures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Personal Information Processor will also cause each recipient and user to use its diligent efforts to protect and not disclose your Personal Information.
个人信息处理者将严格保护您个人信息的安全。个人信息处理者将使用适当的系统、安全技术和程序来保护您的个人信息，防止未经授权的访问、使用或披露。个人信息处理者还将促使每一个个人信息接收者和使用者，尽其勤奋努力，保护和不披露您的个人信息。
4.1 As long as contractor personnel provides services to Personal Information Processor, Personal Information Processor will store the relevant Personal Information of contractor personnel. If Personal Information Processor is aware of the specific contractor personnel i) no longer provides services to Personal Information Processor, or ii) resigns from the contractor, then Personal Information Processor will store the relevant Personal Information for 3 years after the contractor personnel no longer provides services for Personal Information Processor or the contractor personnel resigns from the contractor, and shall delete the relevant Personal Information upon expiry of the aforesaid period.
只要承包商人员还在为个人信息处理者提供服务，个人信息处理者将保存承包商人员的相关个人信息。如个人信息处理者获悉特定承包商人员i）不再为个人信息处理者提供服务，或ii）已从承包商处离职，则个人信息处理者将相关个人信息，自承包商人员不再为个人信息处理者提供服务之日或从承包商处离职之日起再保存3年，并在此期限到期后删除相关个人信息。
4.2 The retention period of Personal Information shall be the minimum
period necessary for achieving the purpose of processing, unless any law or
administrative regulations stipulate otherwise.
除法律、行政法规另有规定外，个人信息的保存期限应当为实现处理目的所必要的最短时间。
You have a number of rights as to Personal Information Processor’s processing of your Personal Information. These include the rights to:

纠正权：如您的个人信息出现不准确或不完整的情况，纠正或补充您的个人信息；

6.1 Subject to the changes to the relevant Laws and/or the changes to Personal Information Processor’s business operations, the Personal Information Processor is entitled to revise and/or supplement this Statement at any time after the effective date of this Statement. The updated Statement will be released again for your reading and/or confirmation as required by Applicable Data Protection Laws.

With respect to the aforesaid requests, Personal Information Processor commits it will solve such requests within 15 days after receipt of your written request.

7.3 Withdrawal of Consent for Device Permissions 设备权限同意的撤销
You may independently withdraw your consent for specific device permissions previously granted to the App (including but not limited to camera, storage, microphone, or location permissions) through your device’s operating system settings.
您可通过设备的操作系统设置，自行撤回您此前授予本应用的特定设备权限的同意（包括但不限于相机、存储、麦克风或位置许可等）。
The steps to manage permissions may vary depending on the different device and operating system version. Generally, you may access the permission settings via: Settings → Application Management → This App → Permission Management.

After relevant permissions are withdrawn, certain functions of the App that rely on these permissions (such as scanning or image upload) may not function properly. If you wish to restore such functions, you may re-enable the corresponding permissions in the system settings at any time.
